Introducing....

...WEIRD PICTURE FRIDAY!!

Our senior year of college, Cath and I instituted a tradition belovedly known as Weird Picture Friday. We would take the wackiest picture we could think of doing some truly wacky things. Often times, we didn't have to search too hard or look too far to find the perfect Weird Picture Friday shot. It was spontaneous, goofy fun. It was us not taking ourselves too seriously. It was us enjoying being together and capturing moments of good ol' college fun!
As we start to get to know each other here at Dupage Mamas, we would love to share this tradition with all of you. And to get things going, here are just a few of the many Weird Picture Friday shots that Cath and I took way back in the day (1998-1999 to be exact-yikes!!).

Weird Picture Friday is going to be a regular occurrence here at Dupage Mamas and we want all of you to join in. Capture your moments of spontaneous fun or that wacky moment with your kids or your friends. If you have a blog, you can post the picture (with a link back to Dupage Mamas) on your own blog and then we will have a way for you to link it up here so others can share in your fun. No blog? No problem. E-mail us the photo (dupagemamas(at)gmail(dot)com) and we will include it in the next Weird Picture Friday post. We will periodically give prizes away for the best WPF shot (as judged by us) so be sure to send us your goofy pics and join in the fun.
It can be a picture taken just for this occasion or one of your favorites already in your album. The only rule, keep it clean and have fun with it. Put bunny ears on your kids and tell them to hop. Make a cheerleading pyramid with your friends. I can't wait to see what you all come up with! Reconnect with your inner goof-ball!
