Looking for something to do tomorrow on Earth Day? Here are some local options for celebrating all things Green.
Residents in or near Wheaton have plenty of Earth Day action to pick from:
Do you love the Prairie Path? Here's your chance to give back! Wear gloves to this event on Saturday, April 25th.
Did you know that using plants native to Dupage County helps the environment? Native plants don't require pesicides and they provide a safe habitat for native wildlife. The sale is also on Saturday, April 25th.
Libertyville is hosting a "Give Back to the Earth Day" on Wednesday, April 22nd.
The Morton Arboretum in Lisle has activities for kids this weekend, April 25-26th, where they can plant seeds and seedlings to bring home.
Of course, you could also save the gas and fumes and spend Earth Day at home planting your own garden!
